CLIENT INFORMATION Welcome to PETSURG & the ER4PETS, a surgical referral hospital for dogs and cats in San Diego! We want to answer your questions and have provided information regarding some procedures, and common questions about appointments and payment procedures. Typically your family veterinarian refers you to PETSURG & the ER4PETS and informs us of your pet's situation. We communicate with veterinarians by phone, email, fax, and in person to discuss how we can help your pet and after surgery to let them know what happened. Feel free to stop by for a tour! Prior to performing services we provide a free estimate. After surgery we typically call to let owners know what is happening. We perform surgery and other surgery-related procedures from 8-6 pm. We offer overnight hospitalization after surgery. Instructions are provided on aftercare. We can be reached for questions regarding postoperative care by phone, email, or in person. |
