Surgeon

The surgeon, Dr. Diana Jones, received her DVM degree from the University of Georgia in 1986. She worked in busy practices in West Virginia and Florida for two years before moving to Canada to pursue a three-year surgical residency program.  At the University of Saskatchewan, she received a master's degree and the Outstanding Resident Award. Her arthroscopy research proved the joint lining can heal. From 1991-1995, Dr. Jones was a faculty member and Chief of Service at Mississippi State University. In 1994, Dr. Jones achieved board certification in the American College of Veterinary Surgeons. Since 1995, Dr. Jones has worked with several board certified surgeons in San Diego and Orange counties.

Hospital Manager

The hospital manager, John, will always greet you with a smile even on the phone. He will make your visit warm and friendly with personal service.

Hospital Mascot

The Golden Retriever in this beach photo is our mascot, Lexi, and part of our PETSURG logo. She is motivation for having the surgical and emergency hospital. We can perform surgery safely on older pets.
