We want to tell you a little about us so you will stop by and say hi! Our goal is to meet your needs for surgical and emergency pet care. We have a beautiful 24-hour surgical referral hospital in Carmel Mountain Ranch which opened in January 2010. Dr. Diana Jones has lived in San Diego since 1995. She graduated from veterinary school in 1986 and became board certified in surgery in 1994. Dr. Jones has been providing travelling surgical services to veterinary hospitals in southern California since 2001. Every year she stays current by attending continuing education courses and loves to learn new techniques for helping dogs and cats.

We have a highly compassionate, readily available staff who enjoy working with pets.These caring individuals make pet care possible. They provide emergency service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The staff prides themselves on providing a caring enviornment for pets. They treat clients and their pets with dignity, kindness, and respect.

Our facility is equipped with advanced, state-of-the-art diagnostic, therapeutic, and monitoring medical equipment. With EKLIN flat panel digital radiographic equipment and IDEXX in-house bloodwork, we make every second count and complete tasks promptly. Our EKLIN radiographic equipment is so top-of-the-line, it has a voice-activated light control like no other machine available.

Our services include surgery, 24-hour emergency and critical care. We are here when you need us, and ready to meet your pet's needs. Our goal is to offer personalized care where you see the same doctor each visit.

We want you to know we strive for clear, timely communication with you and your veterinarian. We are happy to answer any questions you may have. Communication can be written, email, fax, calls, texts, instant messages, or in person.

We strive to be affordable and to do what your pet needs without excessive testing or extended hospitalization if it is not imperative. We provide estimates prior to services so you understand what is involved and what it will cost. We accept CareCredit as a payment option as well as all major credit cards.
