To help answer your questions we have information regarding some procedures and frequently asked questions about appointments and payment procedures. Typically, your family veterinarian refers you
to PETSURG & ER4PETS and informs us of your pet's situation. We communicate with veterinarians by phone, email, fax, and in person to discuss how we can help your pet and after surgery to let them know what happened.
Prior to performing services, we provide a free estimate. After surgery we typically call to let owners know the condition of their pet. We perform surgery and other surgery-related procedures from
8 am-6 pm. We offer overnight hospitalization after surgery. Instructions are provided for additional care upon discharge. We can be reached for questions regarding postoperative care by phone, email, or in person. Feel free to
