Payment

We understand that you need options and may not be able to afford ideal healthcare or emergency surgery. That is why we offer payment plans through CareCredit and CitiHealthCards.

We provide an estimate prior to services and ask for your written consent to treat your pet. Payment is collected for Outpatient care after an estimate. The hospital staff collect a deposit prior to admitting the pet for surgery.

Recheck appointments are charged separately from surgery invoices and may include radiographs, bandage changes, additional surgery, or  medication. Radiographs may be taken monthly. Bandages may be changed weekly. The length of time and cost of long-term treatment varies but can be estimated. There is no charge for phone consultation, evaluation of radiographs taken elsewhere, or a missed appointment.
