We want to answer your questions and the questions of your clients. Please direct clients to our client handouts. We strive to provide the level of
trust you expect. We would like to know the best method and time to reach you before, during and after your client's pet comes for a visit. The communication allows us to meet your expectations with your input. Let us know when
you don't want to be contacted as well. Feel free to stop by, call, text, fax, email, or send a message with a client regarding any questions or concerns you have.
We have included a referral form which you can print for faxing, emailing, or sending with the client. Our fax number is 858-673-1111. After surgery,
we call to let owners know what is happening. We offer overnight hospitalization and care after surgery. Instructions are provided to the owner regarding care after discharge. We can be reached any time by you or your client
for questions regarding postoperative care by phone, email, or in person.
