She and her staff are absolutely wonderful and go way and beyond their job descriptions in trying to help out their human clients and animal patients (including lending me a dog carrier for temporary use while my cat recovers from broken bone surgery) ..and also for literally being there 24 hours a day to answer any questions big or small on home caring for the pet. I used to live down in San Diego itself and dreaded if I had to take my pet to an emergency hospital after several experiences. This PETSURG is a whole different world and I HIGHLY recommend it.

by Christine Richter The best team of caring individuals I have encountered in the veterinary industry! After several appts and unnecessary tests with 3 other supposed surgeons, we found ER 4 pets! We decided to have Dr. Jones, an orthopedic specialist, do the surgery that was needed for an ACL tear on our 5-month-old English Mastiff. Due to his age, it was a scary thing to have to go through, but I cannot say enough about how great Dr. Jones and her staff are. Always patient, kind, and understanding. I wish they had a regular vet on staff just so I could continue care with them. The surgery was a success and we are continuing on our long recovery road with the help of Dr. Jones’s expertise! Thank you to all of you for really treating our fur baby like family!

Dr. Jones and her staff were phenomenally reassuring, knowledgeable, and patient with our questions, provided feedback we hadn’t received at the other three consultations, and provided us with what felt like the most personalized experience including suggestions moving forward with our overweight pup and plan for weight loss.
